CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

This position reports to the Chief Dental Officer and works with the management team to reach organizational goals. Provides oversight of all regional dental providers in their day-to-day job responsibilities. May be required to cover certain administrative responsibilities of the Chief Dental Officer in his/her absence. At least 2 years of administrative, supervisory, and regulatory experience including supervision of dentists, hygienists, and residents, and establishing policies and protocols to assure quality control and compliance with OSHA and HIPPA regulations is required. 5 years of clinical dental experience including treatment planning, restorative including oral surgery, simple endodontics, and fixed and removable prostodontics is required. Experience working in a community health center or similar environment is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
