Tenured/Tenure Track Position in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology

Description:

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), School of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time tenure-track or tenured position in the Section of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. Applicants must have a DDS or equivalent degree, and be board certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.  In addition, a PhD degree in life science or biomedical research is desired. Pathologists with MD degree will also be considered. The rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Responsibilities include teaching (predoctoral, postdoctoral, and graduate students), development of a funded research program, and participation in the Oral Pathology biopsy service. The School of Dentistry is fully integrated with the UCLA scientific community; interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research and clinical collaborations are well established and strongly encouraged.
