Ian Coulter, Ph.D. is a professor in the Division of Public Health & Community Dentistry at the UCLA School of Dentistry.

"UCLA School of Dentistry has the strongest program in the U.S. in public health dentistry. I joined the School to continue my research interests in oral health particularly in the area of HIV and oral health."
