What to expect- New patients:
Please have your insurance information on hand prior to making an appointment.
To expedite your appointment, please complete and bring the patient registration packet with you on the day of your first appointment.
A consultation is necessary for new patients to help determine the provider create the most appropriate treatment options for the patient. Though not always the case, a Panoramic X-ray or other preliminary diagnostic X-ray is usually required for the consultation.
