Installation ceremony for Dr. Yvonne Hernandez-Kapila as the Felix and Mildred Yip Endowed Chair. Dr. Hernandez-Kapila will deliver a lecture entitled My Journey - The Quest for Meaningful Connections in Life and Science. No RSVP required.
Enjoy an evening engaging with fellow UCLA Dentistry alumni and Dean Paul Krebsbach. Food and will be served, while the 2024 Alumnus of the Year Award recipient will also be announced. Stay to enjoy the Disneyland fireworks at 9:30 p.m. (weather permitting).
The UCLA School of Dentistry's 57th commencement exercises. Degrees will be conferred upon D.D.S., M.S., and P.h.D. candidates, as well as postgraduate residents completing their certificate programs.
