Dean and Lizzie

Dean Krebsbach:

Lizzie, how long have you been here at the School of Dentistry?

Lizzie:

I have been here for two years, but before that I worked in a private practice for 15 years.

Dean Krebsbach:

What is your job title and what is your role in the school?

Lizzie:

I am a Group Practice Administrator, or GPA. It is my responsibility to keep the clinic running smoothly. I schedule the patients’ appointments for the students and I make sure that there is enough faculty coverage on the floor. I am located on the 3rd Floor in Restorative Dentistry.

Dean Krebsbach:

What do you enjoy most about your position?

Lizzie:

I love working with the students. Clinic can often be stressful for them and it feels good to be able to help them when they come to me with questions or just as someone to talk to.

Dean Krebsbach:

Tell us something we don’t know about you.

Lizzie:

I like country music and going to UCLA football games. I also love going dancing and attending concerts!

Dean Krebsbach:

Who is your favorite country singer right now?

Lizzie:

My current favorite is Luke Combs, but there are always newcomers appearing on the scene.

Dean Krebsbach:

Thank you for sharing with us. Go Bruins!
