New Patients and Payment Information

Due to high interest and lack of providers in the community for people with special needs and medical complexities, we have a waitlist of 12-18 months to become a new patient.

All new patients must attend an initial screening appointment to be accepted into our clinic. No dental treatment is provided at this appointment.
