The Preceptorship Programs at the UCLA School of Dentistry are designed for U.S. or internationally trained dentists who wish to gain specialized postgraduate training at one of the premiere dental schools in the country.

These programs are shorter in duration than the ACT Programs and run between one to four academic quarters. Trainees enrolled in our Preceptorship programs will be exposed to the same comprehensive dental instruction that trainees in the ACT Programs experience but will have more of an observer experience.

The Preceptorship Programs are not accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
